Selecting a Student Page

EXPLANATION OF PAGE

The Select a Student Page allows you to access the personal information and IEP/ITP data for a specific student. The names of the students for the Teacher (Case Manager), School, or School System will appear according to the user type. To access the information about a specific student, click once on the name of the student inside the chart.

DETAILED PAGE INSTRUCTIONS

The list of students inside the chart may be arranged according to School, Grade, Name, or Teacher. To arrange the list according to any of these listings, click once on the Criteria on the Criteria for Selecting Students to View Page. On this page, you may:

Click on the desired student's name and you will be taken to the Student Personal Information Page for that student.

Delete selected students

Add students

This page also contains symbols concerning the student's IEP and other documentation, Last IEP, School, Grade, ID Number, Age, Disability, and Case Manager.

HINTS

If a teacher for a student is changed, that student will no longer appear on the teacher's list. Some School Systems give the teachers permission to change teachers. Once a teacher changes one of his/her students to another teacher, the student will appear on the newly assigned teachers' list and not the original teachers' list.

If a students' school is changed, that student will not appear on any teachers'list until the student is assigned to a teacher in the new school.
