Help with Browser Basics


EXPLANATION OF PAGE

The Parent/Guardian Page allows you to see a chart that will list the parent entries, their basic information previously entered, and allow you to enter new Parent/Guardian/Other information by accessing the Add New Parent/Guardian Page.


DETAILED PAGE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Some information on the Parent/Guardian Page is editable. To edit other portions of the page, click on the Details Button to the right of the name.
  • You will be taken to the Edit Parent/Guardian Page. On this page, you may edit any or all the information
  • To add other names, click on the Add New Parent/Guardian Button. You will take you the Add New Parent/Guardian Page.
  • This will allow you to add other responsible and affiliated adults that are outside of the immediate family, and, may be a part of the IEP Team.  Therapists, Counselors, Doctors, etc. may be added as significant others to meet the needs of the selected student.

  • HINTS

  • Any User assigned by the School System may be added to the Parent/Guardian list and be members of the IEP Team.
  • Anyone not assigned as a User may be included by making them a User and assigning them certain Permissions and Accesses. Contact your School Administrator if you need to assign members to the IEP Team that are not on the User list.

  • WARNING

    No information (data) will be entered into the database unless the Update the Database Button has been clicked after you have entered your data on the page.
