Help with Browser Basics

EXPLANATION OF PAGE

The IEP Team Page is the entry point for the completion of IEP Team information for the selected student.

The IEP Team concept is fully integrated into EasyIEP TM.Selecting IEP Team from the Students Menu takes you to the student'sIEP Team Page.  The student's IEP Team consists of his Teacher of Record (Case Manager), Parents, School System Psychologist, the student's Personal Psychologist, and a Special Education Teacher. The student's Teacher of Record (Case Manager) (or any User with permission to edit selected student's information) will see a Select IEP Team Button. Clicking on this button will take you to the Select IEP Team Members Page for the student.

DETAILED PAGE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Case Manager may be changed by clicking on the arrow to the right of the dropdown box and selecting another Teacher.
  • Any other editing of information on this page must be done by clicking on the Select IEP Team Button and adding/deleting as desired.
  • If you need to assign a Doctor or other individual that is not on the User list, you must first make them a User on the system.

    • WARNING

    No information (data) will be entered into the database unless the Update the Database Button has been clicked after you have entered your data on the page.
