Assessments Page
EXPLANATION OF PAGE
The Assessments Page allows the user to view assessment information already entered into the database (in the Assessment Chart), Delete Assessments, View/Edit Assessment Details, Add Assessments from Existing Lists, and create Custom Assessments.
DETAILED PAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Click on the Details Button to the right of an assessment to view the results.
Users whose Permissions allow them to edit the student's IEP information will see two ways to add a new assessment: (1) from a list of assessments and (2) custom assessment. Throughout EasyIEPTM Users are not forced to select important IEP information from lists. They may add custom data that is appropriate for a student that is not found on the list.
To add an assessment from the list, first select the assessment from the drop down list and then click on the Add AssessmentButton. You will be able to select the Subject Area(s) of the Assessment and the type of scores to be reported. Once these have been selected and Add Assessment(s) to Database Button is clicked, you will be taken to the Test Results (Details) Page where you may enter a narrative (comment) regarding the test, the date administered, and the scores. Clicking on the Update the Database Button will save this information in the EasyIEP TM database and take you back to the Assessments Page where you will see the new assessment on the list.
WARNING
No information (data) will be entered into the database unless the Update the Database Button has been clicked after you have entered your data on the page.
