Help with Browser Basics
EXPLANATION OF PAGE
The Annual Goals Page allows access to the page where you may:
view previously entered goals and number of objectives.
change position of goal listing.
add an Annual Goal from a list of existing goals provided by your School System.
add a custom Annual Goal.
delete a previously entered Annual Goal.
DETAILED PAGE INSTRUCTIONS
To view and/or edit the student's Annual Goals, select Goals & Objectives
from the Students Menu.
You will see the Annual Goals for the selected student.
To change the Goal position in the listing, enter the New Position number
in the text box in the column titled New Pos.
To edit a Goal, click on the Details Button to the right of the Goal.
You will be taken to the Goal Details and Objectives Page where you may
edit the text of the Goal.
You may also access all objectives assigned to this Goal.
If your User Type allows you to edit the student's IEP information, you will
find there are two ways to add Goals: (1) from your School Systems List
or (2) Customized.
To add a Goal from the list, click on the Add Annual Goals from List
Button.
You will be taken to the Add Annual Goal(s) Page.
You will see the Annual Goal Category drop down list.
Click on the arrow and select the Goal Category.
A list of Annual Goals for that category will be shown with check boxes.
Select the Goal desired by clicking on the check box.
Click on the Update the Database Button to save the new Goal.
You will be taken back to the Annual Goals Page where you will see the
new Annual Goal.
To add a Custom Goal, click on the Add Custom Annual Goal Button.
You will be taken to the Add Custom Annual Goal Page.
You may enter up to four new Custom Annual Goals.
Enter the Goal in the text field and click on the Update the Database Button.
The new Custom Annual Goal will be entered into the EasyIEPTM database.
You will be returned to the Annual Goals Page where you will see the
new Custom Annual Goal.
WARNING
No information (data) will be entered into the database unless the Update
Database Button has been clicked after you have entered your data on the page.
