EXPLANATION OF PAGE

The Add Special Education Services Page allows the User to add Special Ed Services from existing lists. Not all systems have all categories for adding Special Ed. Services.

DETAILED PAGE INSTRUCTIONS

To add Special Ed Services,

  • Click once on the arrow on the right of the dropdown box field under the column titled Instructional Services.
  • Scroll to the desired Service.
  • Click once on the desired Service.
  • Repeat as necessary.

    • NOTE: This is a required field on the Special Ed Services Page.

    To select the Time Spent:

  • Click once on the arrow on the right of the first dropdown box field.
  • Scroll to the desired time measurement.
  • Click on the time measurement to select it.
  • Click once on the arrow on the right of the second dropdown box field.
  • Scroll to the desired frequency of service.
  • Click on the frequency of service to select.
  • Repeat as necessary.

    • NOTE: There must be a time measurement and frequency of service for each service.

    NOTE: This is a required field on the Special Ed Services Page.

    To select the Location:

  • Click once on the arrow on the right of the dropdown box field.
  • Scroll to the desired Location.
  • Click once on the desired Location.
  • Repeat as necessary.

    • If you desire to enter more than 4 services, you must Update the Database and return to this page to enter more.

    WARNING

    No information (data) will be entered into the database unless the Update Database Button has been clicked after you have entered your data on the page.
