Explanation

If accommodations from existing lists do not comply with the specific needs of your student, you may create Custom Accommodations to handle the specific needs of the participations for your student.  This is accomplished by typing the Customized Accommodation(s) into the text field(s) provided on this page.  Up to four customized accommodations can be added at one time from this page.
