If accommodations from existing lists do not comply with the specific needs of your student, you may create Custom Accommodations to handle the specific needs of the participations for your student.  This is accomplished by typing the Customized Accommodation(s) into the text field(s) provided on this page.  Up to four customized accommodations can be added at one time from this page.

There have been changes in the way the Add Custom Accommodations Page works in this version.  The creation of multiple text fields allows for the entry of multiple Custom Accommodations from one page.
