The EasyIEPTM Step-By-Step Help was designed to
allow you to view the creation of an IEP in both a process and
individual step format.
The process (or Initial Phase) is designed to take you
from the entering of student personal information to the printing of an
IEP. Beginning with "Installing Adobe Acrobat Reader" it covers every
aspect of IEP information and data entry.
You may also access any individual step you may need to review
by clicking on any of the links in the Table of Contents.
You may also learn and/or review how to edit (change, amend,
add, update) IEP information through the steps of the Edit Phase.
The entire Initial Phase can also be printed out or reviewed in text
format (without graphics) by using the link provided in the "How to do
an IEP" section of this page..
The EasyIEPTM Step-By-Step Help is arranged
in two basic sections or phases:
The Initial Phase and The
Edit Phase
The Initial Phase takes you through the entire IEP making process.
Beginning with the downloading of Adobe Acrobat Reader (to allow the viewing
and printing of documents in the final stage), it takes you through the
entire Student Menu Bar - one section at a time - until all of the
selected student's IEP information is entered into the EasyIEPTM
database.
The Edit Phase demonstrates how to add, amend, change or delete
existing information in the Students Area.
The Initial Phase selections are listed first and by number.
The Edit Phase selections are listed second at the bottom of the
Index Page.
The above link will take you to a page that is a compilation of the
"How To....." text for the initial phase. It may be used as a reference or
printed (for your convenience) using your browser Print function.
